How it works
From first phone call to handover.
- Step 1
Survey
We come out, look at the kit you've got, ask how the house actually heats, then write up a fixed-price quote. No pressure, no hard sell.
- Step 2
Schedule
Most installs go in within 7 to 10 days. We confirm a date, send you the parts list, and book Building Control.
- Step 3
Install day
One or two days on site. Dust sheets down, old boiler out, new one in, system flushed, controls paired, every joint tested.
- Step 4
Hand-over
We walk you through the controls, leave the Benchmark book and warranty paperwork, and the engineer who fitted it is the engineer you call if anything's off.
